How the gift actually gets there.

A gift is only as good as the moment it arrives. Here's exactly when we'll deliver, where we go, what it costs, and what happens if the recipient isn't home.

§01

Where we deliver

We deliver across Greater Accra. Our riders cover:

  • Inner Accra: Osu, Cantonments, Airport Residential, Labone, Ridge, Adabraka, North Ridge, Roman Ridge, Dzorwulu, Abelenkpe.
  • East Legon & surrounds: East Legon, American House, West Legon, Adjiringanor, Trasacco.
  • Spintex / Tema corridor: Spintex, Baatsona, Lashibi, Community 1–25 (Tema).
  • Western corridor: Dansoman, Kaneshie, Mamprobi.
  • Northern corridor: Achimota, Dome, Madina, Adenta (with longer delivery windows).

Outside Greater Accra (Kumasi, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Tamale)? Submit a custom request — we partner with local florists for special occasions.

Delivery windows

You can choose from three delivery windows in Accra:

  • Morning — 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon — 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • Evening — 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

For time-critical moments (proposals, surprise parties), tell us in the order notes and we'll do our best to hit a narrower window. We can't guarantee exact-minute precision because of Accra traffic — but we'll keep you posted.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the relevant window's cutoff (see Section 3).

Cutoffs & timings

  • Morning window — order by 8:00 AM the same day.
  • Afternoon window — order by 11:00 AM the same day.
  • Evening window — order by 1:00 PM the same day.

Orders placed after a window's cutoff are scheduled for the next available window.

We deliver seven days a week, including most public holidays. Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter Sunday are closed (we still take orders for the next day).

§04

Delivery pricing

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the recipient's location. Approximate ranges:

  • Inner Accra: GH₵ 25 – 40
  • East Legon, Spintex, West Legon: GH₵ 40 – 60
  • Tema, Adenta, Madina: GH₵ 60 – 90
  • Dansoman, Achimota, Dome: GH₵ 50 – 75

Same-day “rush” delivery (rider dispatched within 90 minutes of order) adds GH₵ 25 to the standard fee.

We sometimes run free-delivery promotions on specific occasions (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) — they'll be applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking your order

You'll receive WhatsApp updates at each stage:

  • Order confirmed — right after payment.
  • In preparation — when the studio team starts on your gift.
  • Out for delivery — when the rider picks it up, with the rider's name and phone number.
  • Delivered — when the rider hands it over. Includes a photo where appropriate.

If you opted out of WhatsApp, you'll get the same updates by SMS via Hubtel.

§06

When the recipient isn't available

Our rider will:

  1. Call the recipient's phone number, twice over 10 minutes.
  2. If no answer: call the buyer's phone number to confirm next steps.
  3. If no answer from either: wait at the address for up to 15 minutes (where safe to do so).
  4. If still no contact: return the item to the studio and we'll attempt a second delivery within 24 hours, free of charge.
  5. Two failed attempts: we'll contact you to arrange a third attempt at a re-delivery fee (typically GH₵ 25), or arrange studio pickup.

We don't leave gifts unattended at doors or with neighbours unless you explicitly authorise it in the order notes — too easy for the gift to be lost or stolen.

§07

Address accuracy

Accra addresses aren't always straightforward. To help our riders find the right place:

  • Include a nearby landmark (school, junction, named building).
  • Add the GhanaPost GPS code if you have it (e.g., GA-123-4567).
  • For gated estates / apartments: include the unit number AND the building name, plus the security gate's phone number if known.

If the address is incomplete and the rider can't locate it, we'll contact you to clarify. Delays caused by bad addresses aren't refundable but we'll always try to recover the delivery.

§08

Perishable handling

Flowers, cakes, and hampers with chocolate / fresh items are handled with care:

  • Bouquets travel in water tubes where possible.
  • Cakes travel in temperature-controlled carriers when the run is over 5 km.
  • Chocolate hampers are routed indoors-first during peak heat (noon–3 PM).

Please refrigerate cakes within 30 minutes of receipt. Bouquets should be re-cut and placed in water immediately. Care cards are included in every gift.

§09

Weather & traffic

Heavy rain, flooding, or major traffic events (e.g., presidential motorcades) may delay deliveries by 1–2 hours. We'll WhatsApp you the moment we know.

In the rare case of route closures or severe weather that prevents delivery entirely, we'll reschedule for the next available window with no extra fee. If the delay makes the gift untimely (e.g., for a same-day birthday), we'll refund in full.
